Overview
Knight in shining armour is needed, okay, none of those about, what about a super duper RGN or RMN who loves older people and their fabulous families. This is an exciting and slightly different role, you will need to wear a silver suitbe able to ride a horse and great at jousting Yes or you could be a NMC Pin Holder, of the RGN or RMN type. If not great at jousting, can you take blood, write a care plan, take control of the shift, help a carer to bed bath somebody, develop less qualified members of the care team, and of course offer best practice evidenced based care? This is a small independent care company with an unrivalled package and great support. They have their own in house trainer, an end of life care specialist and a Care Quality Manager They are great places to work, with training and development being the thing that really guides the Master of the Realm - okay the leaders of this buisiness.
