Contact Centre Team Leader Leicester City C £32K DOE pro rata Full Time or Part Time role (30hrs p.w.) are considered to suit you. Hours are 12:30-9pm weekdays and either a Saturday shift between 8am-5.30pm, or a Sunday shift between 9am-5pm. Are you passionate about developing and leading people? Role & Responsibilities of the Contact Centre Team Leader: You will drive and foster a successful culture within your team. Drive and inspire outstanding operational performance. You will do this by leading by example and providing clear direction and effective leadership. Work collaboratively with peers, other departments and the wider business. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Deliver performance one to ones, providing detailed feedback and creating development plans. Cascading information in an objective way, you will explain processes, asking for feedback and actively seeking the team’s ideas. Recognising and rewarding the right behaviours, you will encourage individuals and celebrate team success to create self-sustained and positive energy in the team.
