General Manager We are on the look for a Superstar Bar General Manager to join our incredible team We are: A luxurious group cocktail bar situated in Soho and SW, offering an inspired drinks menu of cocktails, wines and Billecart-Salmon Champagne. We offer an unpretentious environment for the eclectic clientele to enjoy. The cocktail bars set in a sumptuous décor offers an abundance of comfortable seating areas in a light, elegant and relaxing atmosphere while the lower floor themed bar which change between Summer Beach Bar and Winter Après-Ski Bar. Live entertainment is our heart and soul. You: As a General Manager You will be responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of this unique, independent bar operation Working alongside the current team of around 50 members, this position is very much a hands-on, leading from the front, maintaining high company standards of product and service. The focus of the General Manager will mainly be on managing and developing the team, maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth. The General Manager will need to assert an active presence within the venue. General Manager experience in a high volume bar is essential. We are all about- personality, personality, personality A background of running high volume venues is an advantage, along with good career stability. We are looking for ambitious, standard driven Managers with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills.
