Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take charge of a fabulous team as part of a buzzing, trendy and friendly restaurant and bar group. The restaurant has a focus on quality fresh food and has a fantastic atmospehere in a prime location We are looking for creative individuals with a real passion for food, who want to be the best in the industry. The ideal Head Chef will have: Experience with Barbecue meats (Not essential) Experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen (Site takes £200k per week) Be able to work as part of a big team but also independently Demonstrable leadership experience Guidance and support to junior kitchen staff members Kitchen stock and ingredients - thorough knowledge of Back of House systems An excellent package for Head Chef of up to £40k Bonus is on offer for the right candidate.
