Demi Chef de Partie job - Exclusive Private Members Club - Green Park Our client one of the most exclusive Private Members Club in London is currently looking for a Demi Chef de Partie The ideal Demi Chef de Partie will produce Mediterranean cuisine and only the freshest ingredients are used The Demi Chef de Partie will work within a strong 12 kitchen team, basic salary of £24,000 and depending on experience can go up to £25,000 Working between 42.5 and 48 hours per week over 4 days and 3 days off - Sunday always off - Saturday opened for dinner only Mediterranean cuisine - 60/70 covers for lunch and 35/70 covers for dinner.
