Job Title: Assistant Manager Salary: £25,000 Bonus (3,500) Location: London Who will you be working for? You will be working for a growing QSR brand who take their Mexican cuisine seriously & deliciously, you step into one of their stores and you can feel the passion for not only Mexican food but also culture. What are we looking for? We are looking for an existing Assistant Manager, or supervisor looking to step up with the right skills & attitude, you will have a base understanding of the financial side of a business with a keen attitude to learn more. You will ideally have worked within a branded QSR environment previously & thrive in a fast-paced hands-on environment while remaining calm & organized. Responsibilities – Assisting the General Manager in all aspects including; Managing service in a fast-paced environment Growing local sales Management of internal POS Stock/Payroll/Recruitment/Admin Leading/motivating your team with great customer service Internal training & development Bringing your initiative to the table Work hand in hand with your kitchen team to drive sales & smash targets Adhere to budgets & KPI’s (Labour/Wet & Dry GP) Does this sound like you?
