Overview
We are seeking a talented and proactive Head Chef to take charge of the brigade in one of the best fine dining pubs in London. Part of a small group of pubs anf featured in the Michelin Guide, this pub/restaurant offers fresh, local cuisine, with provenance and quality foremost. The ideal Head Chef will be passionate about food, meat and creativity, with a proven track record at Head Chef level of at least 5 years managing a site of at least 2 AA Rosette standard. The succesfull Head Chef candidate will recieve a very competitive salary, be in charge of a fantastic team, cooking outstanding food and be part of a forward looking and friendly company which looks after its people.
