Area Operations Chef role is available for a multisite high volume restaurant business covering the East Midlands. A growing business is to seeking to appoint a talented individual to the above role located in the East Midlands working with the Group Operations Manager and other key individuals within the business the individual will be required to liaise with suppliers, control labour, drive kitchen throughput and food margins, take real control of recruitment, training whilst working with kitchen leads on each site to deliver an exceptional product. This is a role with huge potential for somebody looking for future career progression and to take on a true career opportunity with the scope for significant growth. The successful applicant will be a key member of the senior team of the business and expected to play a key leadership role and be looking for future growth. Requirements: This position requires a Strong mature Area Operations Chef ideally from a branded background who understands that being hands on is part and parcel of the role, working regularly within different sites at peak time to drive excellence and volume. Is able to build and execute systems, processes and procedures to deliver high standards across all areas and can build and implement kitchen strategies with the group operations manager. Mature intelligent communication skills are a must in order to deal with the top levels of the organisation and all members of the business team. A track record in delivering change and kitchen excellence is essential.
