Overview
Joining this leading electrical products distributor as a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will immerse yourself in an intensive training period and progress quickly to building relationships with a well-established customer base across the East Midlands and North East region. You'll be working for a successful distributor who specialise in the supply, management and distribution of cabling products. The business is part of an impressive £900 million turnover group who already employ over 2,000 people across the UK. Role Responsibilities As a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will: Complete an initial 3 month training period, based out of the company's West Bromwich location Learn about the business, their customers and work closely with the internal sales team Be mentored by a Senior Business Development Manager Following your training period you will move into an Area Sales Manager role, where you will: Build strong relationships and meet with well-established customers in your region Be the face of the business for the East Midlands and North East Provide clients with advice and solutions to meet their requirements Have the support of an internal sales team Rewards The package for this area sales role includes: A starting salary of £22,000 - £25,000 Uncapped bonus Training and professional development Company car, phone and laptop Requirements To be successful in this Graduate Area Sales Manager role, you should be: A graduate with the capacity to learn quickly Bright, confident and a hard worker An excellent communicator and relationship-builder Enthusiastic and independent We are ideally looking for candidates who are located in the Nottingham, Northampton, Derby or Birmingham areas.
