Overview

I am on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef or Head Chef to assist in running Kitchen operations for a new opening, premium quality, branded restaurant near central London. Serving a fantastic offering, the right candidate will get the chance to work on and help to develop menus with an Executive Chef coming from a Michelin star background. Taking the role of Sous Chef, you will assist in maintaining the budgeted GP, driving standards and training your brigade. This role is within a flagship site and will develop into a Head Chef position with the company within 6 - 12 months, given this new concept's imminent expansion. The ideal candidate will come from a high quality fresh food branded restaurant, with relevant experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef. You will need to have good financial acumen in order to monitor your stock, have a fantastic people focus to motivate and develop your team and most of all a passion and flair with food.
