1268 café & wine bar We are looking for someone to join our team at our recently refurbished café & wine bar in Salisbury. Main duties include preparing , cooking and presenting our new contemporary British menu, sourced from fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the dishes served meets our high standards. You will be expected to liaise with the day team, and you will have the ability to work well under pressure You will be comfortable in presenting and describing our dishes to our clients. After a period of training you will be expected to contribute new menu ideas. Working hours negotiable to include Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and some weekdays. This is an opportunity to show your creativity and develop your interest in food and cooking. Minimum level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
