Apprentice Customer Service Representative Salary: £Competitive Location: Glasgow Start: Early September 2020 For us, there’s nothing more important than customer service. As an Apprentice, you’ll have an active role in helping more than 6 million customers deal with their money matter. It’s a busy environment, with a real buzz and plenty to keep you on your toes. Make it onto the programme and you’ll work on a rotational shift pattern – doing 36 hours across 5 days a week. From day one, we’ll give you full training on how we work and the systems we use. You’ll also have all the support you need from your team – experienced customer service folk who know their stuff, and will be happy to pass it on. It’s important you’re ready to make the most of the programme, so you’ll need a good work ethic, a friendly approach and brilliant communication skills. You should also be confident when it comes to using a computer and keen to learn new systems. Finally, you’ll need to have a good standard of English and Maths, with at least GSCE level 4 or National 5 grade C, or equivalent (if you’re waiting for your results, you can still apply now, and we’ll keep our fingers crossed for you).
