Job Title: Experienced Service Desk Engineer Salary: £28,000-35,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Hertford Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm Due to continued success, a highly successful and ambitious Managed Services Provider are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their team. WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, security Remote access solution implementation inc. VPN, remote desktop and citrix Keep customers informed of progress Share knowledge and support other service desk engineers Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience working within a Managed Services Provider is essential for this role Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 & SQL Excellent knowledge of server virtualisation using Hyper-V and System Centre Excellent knowledge of networking protocols inc.
