We are looking for a Global Infrastructure Regional Manager to lead our expert Client Technologies team in Sweden. Do you have a passion for leading in a client-focused IT environment? Then we would love to hear from you. What you'll do Plan and implement policies, processes and procedures to support the organization's Regional Client Technologies function. Accountable for ensuring continuity of the Client Technologies services and systems through, planning, technical leadership and project management. Management of the Regional Client Technologies resources, their development, workload and responsible for delivery against team objectives. + Establish the polices, processes and procedures to support the organization's Regional Client Technologies function + Manage the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of all end user IT and telephony equipment, operating systems and applications, server and network infrastructure, and printing systems + Design, Implement and development of cost effective Client Technologies operations to meet current and plan for future business requirements. + Daily management of Regional Client Technologies operations assumes responsibility for workloads and delivery against team objectives. + All aspects of staff management, development, training and review. + Policy development and compliance management including audit review and support. + Client technologies systems and architecture development and maintenance including change and release management. + Equipment procurement, vendor management, maintenance contract renewals, consultancy sourcing and resource management. + Implementation of defined operational and application security protocols, support of reviews and security investigations. + Asset management including design and implementation of EOL processes. + Identify and execute continuous improvement and lower cost to serve initiatives. + Develop and ensure compliance with Regional Client Technologies budget. + Identify areas of risk, develop and implement continuity plans to address. + Manage projects and resource to deliver against Client Technologies objectives and provide resources as required to support those projects from IT or business units. + Contribute to meeting the departmental key performance indicators. + Provide training to Regional user community as required Who you are + IT related degree or equivalent experience + Up-to-date professional certification in the relevant technical area. + Management experience within an IT Support environment. + Technical expertise in client devices, operating systems and applications, desktop management and support tools, and server technologies. + Strong end user support and process experience. + Excellent Staff / Team management and mentoring skills. + Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation at all levels including executive management. + Demonstrable ability to manage multiple, parallel projects. + Budgetary development and control. + Ability to delegate projects and tasks + Mature and experienced in risk assessment with excellent judgment skills + Be prepared to travel and work unsociable hours. + Provide out of hours support. + Provide cover for National Holidays. + Hold a current driving license. + Language - ability to read/write English + Travel Flexibility - ability and willingness to travel on fairly short notice if necessary within the region.
