Well established chartered accountants seek a Semi Senior Accountant - Oldham - Up to £23,000 DOE Your new firm A local leading firm of chartered accountants are seeking a semi senior accountant to join their experienced and friendly team in Oldham. The firm have been established for 50 years and offer a wide range of traditional practice services including accounts, audit, corporate finance, tax and more. This accounts job would be great for a hardworking individual looking to continue progressing with their practice career. Your new role As a semi senior accountant you will report into a manager and be responsible for the preparation of year-end financial statements and the corporation tax computations for a range of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies alongside some ad hoc VAT & bookkeeping. You will take responsibility for liaising with clients via phone and email and will be trusted to maintain and build strong relationships. What you'll need to succeed The partners are looking to appoint an individual that has past experience preparing year-end accounts to partner review in a practice environment. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for developing your career within practice and good communications skills as you will be liaising with clients on a regular basis.
