Overview
Risk Event Consultant Edinburgh 6-month FTC (salaried) Competitive Salary on offer Meraki Talent are recruiting on behalf of a leading platform provider in Edinburgh. They are looking for a Project Risk Consultant to join their second line risk team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help perform, improve and migrate the risk event process. Responsibilities of the Risk Event Consultant: Responsible for risk management Monitoring low level risk Escalating high level risk Monitoring day-to-day risk events Assist in helping perform, improve and migrate the risk event process Gain a strong understanding of the existing rick event capture, collation and reporting process and the plans for improvement Be responsible for identifying process improvements and implement these, demonstrating an improves process Be responsible for defining the project plan to migrate the improved processes Be responsible for the delivery of the plan and embedding these processing in the new business team Conduct training for the new process owners and relevant stakeholders Background of the Risk Event Consultant: Previous project experience in planning and implementing is essential Experience working within first- and second-line risk and compliance teams is essential Have an understanding of the importance of risk events Strong communication and relationship management skills Experience of delivering training Strong attention to detail Sarah wants: risk, process improvement, financial services By submitting your information, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Notice which outlines how we use information we collect about you.
