Pro-Legal is working with one of our closest clients who are looking for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join their close-knit and dynamic team. This team is led by a very personable partner who is not only a leader in this field, they are invested in developing an Associate Lawyer and is genuinely interested in providing mentoring and career development. A strong banking law background is desired. The focus of this role will be on Real Estate Finance Law, with around 80% of the work in this space and the rest split between General Finance and Sports Finance (if you desire). This is a well-established team and they have recently invested in bringing in a new partner who is developing the team, leveraging off current relationships and working on very high-profile deals already. You will sit with the banking team and can use the strong pool of resources available to you. Pro-legal has placed numerous people with this client, all of whom have had very positive feedback on the interesting client base, enjoyable working culture as well as the genuine opportunity to progress. Personality fit is key for this client, they look for ambitious and personable individuals who enjoy a high level of client contact and want to grow their business development skills. There is a lot of investment going into this team to grow it further and due to succession planning over the next couple of years, there is a genuine opportunity here for the right individual.
