Registered Home Manager £65,000 per annum an excellent bonus structure Dudley, West Midlands (DY5) Time Recruitment is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to run a brand-new nursing home based in the Dudley area. This innovative provider has been operating in the midlands area for 22 years with several popular luxurious care homes looking to open three more this year expanding heavily the West Midlands area. Due to open in April, this is the area's highest specification new generation nursing home specialising in providing high-quality dementia and nursing care to the elderly; an extensive investment has been made to this specialist service to ensure it meets the needs of its residents. Registered Home Manager Overview We are looking for a Registered Home Manager who has had exposure to managing large nursing home services with extensive experience and ability to achieve results and propel the service to 'outstanding' level with CQC; this is a completely new project being developed from a well-established provider; the Registered Home Manager here will benefit from incredible support from operational and regional managers; plus peer home managers in the local area.
