Credit Control Assistant Leeds Excellent business and working environment My client is a well-established professional services business based in the heart of Leeds. They are looking for a Credit Control Assistant, to provide admin support for the wider Credit Control Team. The ideal candidate will have good administration skills, customer focused and be confident talking to clients. Duties for a Credit Control Administrator include: Responding and resolving customer queries via email Ensuring all issues are escalated to the appropriate departments and issued with a query ticket Manage all overdue letters & statements Assist with the direct debit process, and ensure all new DD mandates are uploaded onto the finance systems Raising write offs, refunds and payment plans Answering incoming calls on behalf of the credit control teams during busy periods Personal Specification for a Credit Control Administrator include: Previous experience in a similar Excellent attention to detail Ability to work within deadlines, agreed timeframes and agreed SLA’s Excellent verbal and written communication skills Due to the high volume of applications, we receive we are unable to respond to all applications.
