Successful practice in West Yorkshire seeks an IAAS accredited Immigration Caseworker on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a driven Immigration Caseworker to join our client’s thriving practice in Leeds. The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of immigration, human rights and asylum matters, whilst providing bespoke and supportive client care on a daily basis. Responsibilities • Immigration • Asylum • Human rights • Publicly and privately funded matters • Points-based system • Visas • Sponsorship applications • Appeals • Nationality matters The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and paralegals with at least 1 year’s experience in immigration matters • Level 1 Immigration and Asylum Scheme accreditation is required • Previous experience dealing with Legal Aid is essential • Additional language skills are highly advantageous • Excellent communication skills • IT proficiency • Has a practical, solution-focused approach The Firm Our client specialises in providing exceptional immigration and asylum services to a broad range of clients.
