Operations Manager - Apprenticeships We have an excellent opportunity for an Apprenticeships Operations Manager to join a well -respected University level College. Essentially, an experienced Apprenticeships Manager who is looking for a key role to coordinate and improve the delivery of the Degree and higher apprenticeships programmes. Key Responsibilities include: ·Tasked into the planning and the delivery of the apprenticeship’s programmes including contracts ·Devise and structure the Programmes and contract frameworks assessing the strength of the contracts while assessing areas for improvement. ·Develop and maintain the management systems and plans of programmes and projects in line with audit and reporting directives. ·Responsibility for the collation of invoices, claims, keeping a track of information and reports by funding bodies and clients. ·Work with departmental heads to manage all programme & contracts to accounting policy and procedures ensuring all records are up to date ·Monitor programme activities continuously and review annually to high standards expected of the evaluation framework. ·Partner with Marketing to promote the College's participation with students and employers. Ideal Background ·Degree Educated or equivalent professional or vocational qualification ·A background in managing apprenticeship programmes i.e Higher or Further Education ·A background of Audit, compliance and report experience is a must · High-level planning and project management experience ·Excellent comms skills, the experience of effective stakeholder management experience ·Strong time management experience with the ability to manage deadlines.
