Overview
IT Support Engineer is required by a fantastic employer based in Borehamwood who are majority-owned by their employees. You’ll provide support on their range of software products from amazing offices which are home to over 75 staff. You will be trained on the products (Microsoft based) and then provide support to users throughout the UK (although the role will be based solely at the offices in Hertfordshire). The company themselves have been operating for over 30 years and now offer an employee ownership scheme to reward their loyal and committed staff. The role would suit an IT Graduate who is looking for a position within Technical Support or would suit a more experienced IT Support professional who is looking to join an organisation who value their employees and offer excellent prospects. Skills Required IT Support experience (or an IT Graduate who is looking to get in to progress their career within IT Support). ITIL would be desirable as would any experience of working on a Helpdesk or Service Desk. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies. Strong communication skills. A Full UK Driving Licence (as their beautiful offices are remotely situated).
