Overview
An Independent Production Company based in Central London is seeking a Finance Executive to join their team. Reporting directly into an Executive Producer and an external accountant this is a great opportunity to gain all round exposure in a lively and fun environment. This is a permanent opportunity Management over the Purchase ledger and Sales Ledger Consistent liaison with Production team to ensure clients are billed correctly and on time Liaison with the CFO in regards to reconciliation of fees at month end Assisting non financial staff with budgets Bank reconciliations Credit control Management of Freelancer expenses and petty cash Tracking monthly payroll payments to permanent staff and occasional-hire production crew Month End reporting The Person Ideally a studier in ACCA or CIMA Experience within a Agency environment is very advantageous A good communicator with the ability to liaise with non finance individuals Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web based job advertisements it is the policy of RedHat only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
