UI Designer Job Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000-£55,000 Location : London Consultant: Toby Day Job Description: Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with an international fintech high-growth business. This company have created an innovative app that helps kids learn to manage money in a digital and cashless world, and you would be joining their fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities: Build high-fidelity designs that are incredibly simple and engaging, ready for development Work within a core product stack, alongside a Product Manager, UX designer and development team to design interfaces for children and parents Perform design reviews during the sprint and post-release to identify areas for improvement Work with other designers to define and refine our design language and style guide Give and seek out feedback from other designers in order to continually improve our quality You’ll also have the opportunity to play a vital role in continuing to develop the visual identity across all platforms and shape the UI of the product. Candidate requirements: 3-5 years of work experience as a UI designer or similar role. Expert level skills in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator An outstanding portfolio that includes user-centric mobile and web-app work that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail and elegant, contemporary design solutions Experience working within a consumer business Able to apply your skills across our website, mobile and web apps to create a cohesive product experience. There is a lot of scope for variety and creativity.
