OPTIMISATION MANAGER £55,000 - £65,000 LONDON This digital marketing agency with modern offices based in Shoreditch, are seeking an Optimisation Manager to run the end-end optimisation program for their largest client in the financial sector. THE COMPANY: This agency is seeking an Optimisation Manager to help their largest client to understand their customer journey as well as optimise their experience by deriving actionable insights and strategic CRO roadmap. THE ROLE: You will lead the CRO and personalisation strategy for their biggest client in the financial sector. You will have full ownership of shaping and delivering the CRO roadmap for the client from the pitch to the delivery. As the optimisation manager you will be strategic, testing and gaining actionable insights in order to enhance optimisation amongst multi-channels. You will use advanced analytics to enhance customer journey along with this having a strong engagement with the client. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The Optimisation Manager will have the following skills and experience: Trading and commercial mentality, with testing experience from a strategic perspective and understanding of the technical side.
