Product Optimisation Manager London / Coventry / Manchester As a Barclays Product Optimisation Manager, you'll work with senior stakeholders across our key channels to protect our customers. You'll be responsible for training our leadership team and delivering Life and Travel Insurance product and proposition enhancements. You'll have accountability for the trading performance of Life and Travel across our distribution channels and will lead the colleague journeys, product design and launch for key strategic initiatives. What will you be doing? Leading and performance managing the trading performance of Life and Travel Insurance, analysing performance data and regional customer trends Supporting and managing distribution trading forums with senior stakeholders (across Branch Based Banking, Home Solutions, Premier, Marketing and Digital channels) You will support the design and launch of key strategic initiatives (new Home journey and product launch) and designing the optimum customer journey Ensuring all regulatory impact on colleagues, customers and distribution channels are embedded Coaching and developing the product knowledge within the distribution performance framework using data performance trends Optimising Life and Travel Insurance 'Instant Price' adoption across physical channels by improving colleague knowledge and understanding Closely working with other product optimisation managers to shape and build a clear business plan linked into pan protection trading initiatives Driving business area growth through performance insights to identify trends and opportunities that lead to improved customer outcomes What we're looking for: A proven track record of improving business performance The ability to influence key stakeholders to understand protection and continue to drive the key messages on our behalf You'll be expected to coach and channel leadership around protection and how they can create empowered colleagues that protect our customers A good understanding of Digital awareness and what the growth of our digital offering for Life and Travel insurance means and how it fits in with our face to face strategy Skills that will help you in the role: A solid background of providing Insurance solutions with a knowledge of the end to end process and the challenges our colleagues and business face The ability to own a project from inception through to delivery including control function interactions and colleague training A working understanding of one or more of our channels (namely Branch Based Banking, Mortgages or Premier Banking) The ability to create structured support plans for frontline leadership to deliver targeted improvement of colleagues Where will you be working?
