Junior Solar Developer – Competitive Salary Benefits The Role Eco Energy World PLC, a leading developer of large scale solar projects since 2008 with a track record of 1.3 GW, are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Solar Developer for the European market. The position is to be in Monaco or London where our offices are based. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development renewable energy projects in Spain and other European markets with a focus on large-scale greenfield developments. This is an exciting opportunity to take on fresh challenge with an internationally recognised developer. The Junior Solar Developer should have experience and a successful track record in the following: Green field development for solar Grid connection application process Planning and environmental permitting Assisting in the development of projects EPC and constructions The Company The Eco Energy World PLC is an international developer of utility scale solar power projects with head offices based in United Kingdom, London. Since its establishment in 2008, EEW has gained experience in all areas of developing solar power plants such as green field development, technical design, construction, structured finance and legal, as well as the manufacturing of solar panels. EEW has developed 1300 MW of projects up to date and have great ambitions to be leader of developing subsidy free and merchant revenue based solar projects in the world. The Person The key skills and qualities of a Junior Solar Developer: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent; Professional Engineer (P.Eng) preferred, alternative designations with a focus on project management (e.g. PMP) will be considered Solid understanding and experience with project management processes; and understanding and knowledge of network procedures, interconnection agreements and planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; other languages are also beneficial Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; PV Syst, AutoCAD experience is a plus Must be an independent, flexible, proactive and capable of prioritising and delivering in tight deadlines; able to manage work without supervision and to deadlines Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel as required If you are keen on joining this exciting, forward thinking company and taking the next step in your career, then please click the apply now button to find out more.
