Description Due to client wins and growth, the agency is now on the search for a PHP Developer to join their ever expanding team Main responsibilities of the PHP Developer will include: PHP development on LAMP stack, specifically PHP 7 and Object oriented aspects of the language Web application development using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS Development using modern MVC frameworks e.g. Symfony, Laravel, ZF3 etc. Highlight performance, quality or security issues with existing services and suggest or implement solutions Contributing to the design and architecture of projects Maintaining and updating client websites Experience This agency is looking for an enthusiastic PHP Developer with excellent problem solving skills and someone happy to share their knowledge with the wider team, whilst also continually learning and developing themselves. Someone open, honest and direct and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback. To be considered for the role of PHP Developer, you must be able to demonstrate the below: Commercial programming experience Highly proficient in object orientated PHP Experience with integration of 3rd party services / API’s Familiar with modern PHP coding standards (PSR) Experience with Git Strong experience with MySQL / MariaDB development and administration Understanding of web security considerations and best practices MVC Framework - Laravel jSON Composer Nice to have skills: Experience with PHP based content management systems - Joomla, Magento, Concrete 5 & WordPress etc. JavaScript framework skills (AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS etc) iPhone application development .NET ASP Remuneration Alongside a very competitive salary, this agency is also offering a great training and development plan as well as lots of socials and fun, positive working environment.
