Mid-Level QA Analyst– Bath - £25-£30k per annum I have an excellent opportunity available with a fun, exciting and innovative company. The company themselves are going through a major transformation and looking to give their platform a competitive edge. Throughout the progress of the transformation two positions have arisen for a Mid-Level QA Analyst. Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Analyst will be involved in testing new development projects both on front end web sites and back end systems. • Hands on manual testing of front and backend websites • Cross functional browser testing • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes • Defining test plans and test cases • Assisting end users with UAT • Creating automated regression test cases and reporting on results • Act as first line support for queries raised through the internal support desk Essential Skills & Knowledge Include: • Knowledge of Agile development processes • Knowledge of using browser development tools (e.g. to identify javascript errors) • Seeks knowledge about developments within area of expertise If you have experience in retail/e-commerce this would also be really beneficial.
