To see more Mandarin jobs please follow us on WeChat: teamchinapf AND pfteamchina Your New Job Title: Mandarin Chinese Speaking Client Relationship Manager The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin and English fluent, customer relations and management experience in banking or financial service providers Your New Salary: £40k to £55k Location: Central London Who You'll Be Working for: A well-established wealth management company What You'll be Doing Each Day: Prospect new buy-side client opportunities through a deep understanding of client requirements; Generate leads through established channels as well as prospecting through direct marketing; Provide financial solutions to meet client needs and offer a range of services to address clients' requirements; Ensure conformity with global and market standards of service, regulatory compliance and front-office procedures; Actively promote the company name, introducing all relevant services to clients; Work closely with the Asset Management and Trading desks; Liaising with clients to communicate the company’s, AML and on-boarding requirements and procedures including distribution, explanation and full or partial completion of any relevant on-boarding documentation (forms, agreements, etc); Collection of any applicable supporting documentation/KYC and management of any such information/documentation; Business trips to Asia when required to meet clients and intermediaries.
