Overview
Our client, a leading manufacturer and print specialist have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join them on a fulltime, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to join a successful, exciting and cutting-edge manufacturer within a friendly and highly-professional environment. The main duties include: " Dealing with customer telephone and email enquiries ensuring that outstanding customer services are maintained " Liaising with Production, Design, Marketing, Logistics and Admin teams to work together to enhance the customer experience " Maintaining the customer database with the CRM system and inputting quotations " Managing sample requests " General day to day administration duties as required The candidate: " Ideally previous experience of working with a print or manufacturing environment " Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous " A highly professional individual with excellent customer skills " Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications " Ideally, previous experience of using a CRM system " Strong attention to detail " Excellent administrative skills If this sounds like the role for you, then please do apply
