Overview
Our established client is looking to recruit for a Customer service / estimator within its established team . The role consists of : Preparation, processing and submission of quotations for catalogue product ranges. Identifying special product requirements. Twinning with customers/projects in order to build/improve relationships. Providing technical advice to both internal and external customers. Answering incoming calls in a professional manor and providing excellent customer service. As part of the estimating team the estimator will own and manage your own quotes. Responsibilities Ensure that all key information is obtained in order to offer a suitable solution to the client for his project/application requirements. Provide compliant and competitive solutions at all times. To ensure that the correct pricing standards are adopted for the appropriate client / project. Listen to the customers, identify and understand their needs & make sure that promises made are delivered. Provide excellent customer service, being helpful, courteous and professional at all times, going that extra mile to deliver a great customer experience. Skills needed: Numeracy and analytical thinking Problem solving, planning, organisation & time management Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills Possess good commercial awareness.
