Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Partner Supplier Manager to join our Technical Services team working at our Streatham office with some flexibility with home working. The salary for this role is circa £50,000 per annum depending on experience. We undertake collective rights management for musical works on behalf of over 140,000 members. We pay royalties to our members when their work is performed, broadcast, streamed, downloaded, reproduced, played in public or used in film and TV.We support them by influencing policy, supporting and hosting awards and events, and investing in new technology to ensure we’re fit for the digital music age. About the Role The Partner Supplier Manager is responsible for the leadership, management and development of strategic relationships with external IT suppliers and partners that are integral in ensuring continued service delivery and customer satisfaction to the company and our Members. You will act as an advocate of the IT suppliers and partners to the internal management of the company, covering aspects such as Mobile Device Management, IT Service Delivery, Contractual, Financial and Relationship Management including the management of IT procurement, Software Licensing, Software Asset Management and 'Cloud’ services. About You It is essential the successful candidate has an ITIL Service Management qualification and experience of managing outsourced contracts / suppliers. You will be a confident and strong negotiator who can build and maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external key stakeholders. You will be experienced in reading contractual documents including understanding SLA’s and contractual terminology. You will also have financial analysis experience and skills with the ability to understand figures and present them clearly to management (using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Power BI preferably). Ideally the successful candidate will also have experience leading change with managed services providers alongside good judgement and decision-making skills. Previous knowledge of managing a company mobile device fleet and excellent knowledge of procurement processes and an understanding of auditor requirements is advantageous. Additionally, experience managing a team’s software licensing estate alongside asset management is also highly desirable. Why PRS?
