Role: Residential Conveyancer Location: Liverpool Salary: £25,000-£30,000 A brilliant opportunity for a residential conveyancer has arisen to join a leading firm in Liverpool. The Firm: A traditional yet highly successful firm with a long heritage and excellent client base. They will provide you with a fantastic place to work as well as all the tools you need to succeed. So this is an excellent role for someone looking to take on their next challenge. The Role: You will undertake all aspects of the conveyancing process as a residential conveyancer. You will deal with residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to post-completion on a variety of properties such as freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownerships, help to buy and non-statutory lease extensions. You can also expect to supervise and delegate work to the conveyancing assistants.
