You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions which you'll see through from instruction to completion. Your caseload will include: sales & purchases shared ownership new build right to buy and remortgages Your focus will be on maintaining excellent client service/care while building relationships and handling any queries throughout the process. To be considered for this role, you must be well versed in residential conveyancing and will likely have 2 years' experience in handling a caseload of residential property files from start to finish with minimal support. Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from a competitive salary of up to £35,000, an attractive bonus based on completion of targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction.
