The role is Operations Administrator and key responsibilities include: Scheduling work for a team of consultants Providing detailed quotations to clients, liaising with suppliers to get best prices and lead times and working closely with technical and project teams to ensure accuracy Liaising with clients throughout the process, providing updates and managing expectations Responding to client order requests and placing orders with suppliers Raising POs and working closely with finance team to ensure accurate billing This is a varied and busy role which requires excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers. Good attention to detail is very important as accuracy is key when confirming order details and producing quotations.
