Logistics Operations Lead Guildford Permanent South £26,228 – £30,461 additional benefits We are recruiting for a Logistics and Operations Lead who will be managing an administrator and seasonal staff ensuring targets and objectives are met and a quality service is provided to customers. Day to day the successful candidate will be assisting with the planning, data flow and stock management for dispatches to examiners, moderators and centres, liaising with the third-party dispatch supplier to ensure the dispatch processes run efficiently. You will also be accountable for resolving customer queries following dispatches. In this role you'll be: delivering a first class customer service to all stakeholders displaying knowledge and confidence when communicating with all customers demonstrating flexibility and an agile approach in a fast paced environment attending meetings with internal stakeholders to produce working/dispatch schedules for implementation providing accurate management of stock auditing, rotation and fulfilment processes review internal processes and make recommendations in line with continuous improvement practices. Key experience / expertise sought: ability to manage and drive performance track record in delivering robust and effective departmental plans proficient user of MS Office applications and other IT systems/databases good communication and interpersonal skills.
