Overview
Responsive Personnel are lookign for an experienced Multi Trade Operative based in the Swindon area for a growing client of ours. We are looking for an expereience candidate that is flexible and holds a full UK driving license. Role: Mutli Trade Operatives Hours: 8am - 5pm (Estimate) Pay: TBC Location: Swindon This role is for an experienced multi traders to work in local authority properties, this will include working in voids, wet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. The right candidate will have a good experience of carpentry, plumbing, tiling in both occupied and empty properties. The role may also include commercial and educational sectors, this will require a basic knowledge and skill set of all aspects of construction. This role will involve travelling to each of our projects which are predominately in and around the local area but can sometimes be further afield. About you: Will have previous experience of construction work Good all round level of carpentry, plumbing, tiling. A good standard of onsite Health & Safety Can understand and read working drawings/plans A team player who will be happy to work as a team. Someone one who takes pride in their work to complete installations to a high standard Reliability and tidiness is essential Good organisation and communication skills A 'can-do’ attitude.
