Overview
Cordant People are currently recruiting for a experienced Lettings Manager for our client in Welwyn Garden City This is a busy, customer focused role so would suit someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and speaking to people on the telephone, resolving complaints and working in a fast paced demanding environment. Duties will include Conduct morning meetings with the lettings department, guidance for staff on roles for the day Diary management, organise Saturday rota and days off for the week One to ones with staff members quarterly Target setting and ensuring these are met Authorise all tenancy agreements/notices and sign up paperwork Ensure new applicants are suitable and pass with a valid credit reference and right to rent check Keep up to date with current legislation Ensuring that we remain complaint with our legal duties Carry out valuations and viewings Marketing to gain new business Court attendance for possession hearings Complaint handling Attend monthly managers meetings with market stats and figures Liaise with the branch manager on new business/running of the branch Dealing with any staffing issues/behaviours and recruiting Ensure safety certificates are being kept up to date Ensure inspections are carried out and up to date Grow the current portfolio Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
