Overview
required for an Independent Estate Agency based in Welwyn Garden City. Key responsibilities: Book and carry out viewings Maintain an up to date applicant list Negotiate deals with Landlords Ensure new applicants are suitable and pass with a valid credit reference and right to rent check Marketing / Touting Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with every Saturday 9am - 4pm with a day off in lieu in the week. Must have own car and be insured for business use. Business miles will be paid.
