Lettings Negotiator - Job Overview As a Lettings Negotiator your duties will include; Book and carry out viewings Maintain an up to date applicant list Negotiate deals with landlords Ensure new applicants are suitable and pass with a valid credit reference and right to rent check Marketing activities to advertise properties and attract tenants Lettings Negotiator - Skills & Experience Required No previous Estate Agency experience is required Previous office based sales or customer service experience is however beneficial Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Desire to learn and develop within a company Resilient, positive and friendly personality It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle Lettings Negotiator – Benefits Offered £18,000 - £22,000 Commission 25 days holiday bank holidays Full-time, permanent position Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, and Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day in lieu in the week.
