Absolute HR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing international Financial Services firm based in Central London, seeking a hands-on, operationally sound Senior HR Business Partner / Head of Human Resources to assume this crucial standalone position on a full time, permanent basis. With growth on the horizon and an impressive global reach, the business requires a strong HR generalist to support the full remit of global HR operations, taking a hands-on approach to management coaching, HR service delivery and board-level partnering to develop and implement people strategy. This role presents the ideal opportunity for a grounded HR professional with international exposure to 'own the whole' and make a clear and tangible impact to not only the HR function, but to the organisations bottom line. The ideal candidate will be analytical and tenacious, not afraid to get their hands dirty to drive deliverables to completion. International exposure is essential, as stakeholders for this position are geographically spread across the globe and will require equal support as their UK counterparts. A strong work ethic and ability to form solid working relationships at all levels are also essential, as the Senior HR Business Partner will form an integral part of the senior leadership team in an environment with a true team feel. Skills & Experience: CIPD Qualified to Level 7; minimum 10 years' experience Experience within Financial Services or similar In-depth knowledge of UK employment law Analytical mindset & strong interpersonal skills Strong commercial awareness, with demonstrated experience in aligning HR deliverables to overarching business goals International exposure essential; including US and EU law Experience working in standalone positions highly advantageous Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
