Overview

We are looking for NMC Registered Nurses to use their skills to benefit older people and work in our clients remarkable Care Homes; offering comfort, compassion and friendship with an assurance that the residents are treated with respect and dignity that they deserve. As part of our clients well managed team you will be taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met; leading, motivating and mentoring the team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home; carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents. Our client-s commitment to provide the best respite and palliative care, with a focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times, and demonstrated by the low patient to staff ratio (3 to 1). You will need to demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly and infirm and a flair for helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings. A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development; with a respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times.
