Overview

Role Profile The RAN Build Manager will be required to instruct and interpret RAN Build Requirements across the programs for all MNO's. This role will cover many QS disciplines including Civils, Design, RAN configs. The role will involve the management of sub-contractors to ensure we meet the customer's needs. Working closely with the back office, delivery PM and project engineer. Responsibilities Deliver/manage the build and implementation of new sites for all MNO's Analysis of sites designs and rigging data sheets - creation of materials and services BOM Creation of build plan programme of works Take the lead on project Gating, Scheduling and Planning. Risk Management Requires Strong knowledge of RAN Build & Planning. E2E deployment process knowledge: Acquisition, design, build integration Site Design and configurations; Rigging Data Sheets; Hand Over pack Travel to and meet customers to discuss site by site progress Ensure Change/Variation control is implemented Work with a team of Co-ordinators and back office to ensure sites are delivered on time Deliver KPI's set by senior members and report back on progress. Essential requirements Experience managing site deployment within the UK Mobile Market Good technical understanding Excellent communication and management skills. Strong skills in basic IT (Excel, MPP, PowerPoint).
