Overview
Devonshire Hayes have been engaged by a client to source an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering first class customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining infrastructure operations as well as participating in the execution and delivery of projects. Requirements: • Providing technical support in an ITIL Service Desk environment • Microsoft Active Directory (2008 or above) • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 • VMWare (vSphere 6 or above) • Microsoft Exchange/Office365 (administering) • Anti-Virus/Security Products • Veeam (v8 or above) • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 • IP Telephony • Storage Management (for example SAN, iSCSI) • Networking (LAN, WAN, TCPIP, Firewalls, Switches – Preferably Cisco) Desired Skills: • Firewall administration (preferably cisco ASA appliances) • Linux administration • Maintenance and administration of a Jira Service Desk system Certifications: • MCP qualification or equivalent • ITIL Foundation Certification or above is desirable • Cisco certification also desirable.
