We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator to take the reins of our Dynamics 365 online environment. The three pillars of this role consist of user support, user training and system administration. You'll provide 1st and 2nd line support to the internal staff. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop your system knowledge managing change requests and being hands on with the system, implementing customisations to optimise system performance. The requirements are knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, skilled in customisation and configuration, experience providing support on Dynamics CRM and experience in training end users. What you’ll do: · Support, build, configure and development of existing Dynamics 365 online Solution including security, customisations and maintenance (plugins, workflows, web services, entity-relationship management, security, reports, system jobs) · Being a central point of contact for all change requests and system changes. Working with the Service Delivery and Programme teams to plan and implement a mid-to-long term strategy to improve the use of the CRM across the business · Act as the system administrator, you will lead on the CRM platform and perform end-user administration tasks, providing second line support and troubleshooting on issues with the platform and third-party tools What you’ll need: · Experience of Dynamics 365 CRM online administration, configuration and customization · Experience working in an IT team or project team As we usually receive a lot of applications we won’t be able to give individual feedback.
