Client Services Co-ordinator - Marsh Commercial- Manchester The company: Marsh Commercial Marsh Commercial is a specialist broker providing commercial and corporate insurance to small, medium and large sized businesses. The role: Client Services Co-ordinator We are looking for a Client Services Co-ordinator to join our office in Manchester. We require the successful candidate to support colleagues in the management of small and medium size businesses What can you expect? You will work in a busy office supporting insurance professionals in processing business You will learn about insurance, insurance broking, relationships within the business and outside with our partners What you will be rewarded with? We will rely on you to: To work with Marsh Commercial providers and clients to provide a smooth account handling service To produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation compliant manner Respond to all queries in a timely, positive and professional manner. To ensure all business activity is logged to ensure revenue is accurately recorded and documented. To demonstrate enthusiasm and a working knowledge of the relevant business area and related products To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues across the Group. To suggest opportunities to help improve operating efficiencies. General ad hoc tasks as required.
