SEND Youth Support Worker Alternative Education North London boroughs covered Full-time, immediate start Excellent daily pay depending on experience Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to work in SEND educational settings across North London. Our schools are looking for Youth Support Workers that have experience in coaching, mentoring, and lending assistance in classroom settings. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from students with a range of additional SEND and be able to show a calm and engaging approach. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour and development is critical.
