We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator who would like to gain an apprenticeship via CILEx. As the Legal Administrator you will be working towards your Level 3 Certificates in Law and Practice: this is the paralegal qualification that we would recommend for anyone who wants to gain an entry-levelparalegal qualification who has already studied at A-level or above. Enrolling on this qualification is an ideal way of showing a prospective employer that you are interested in entering the legal sector. There are ten areas of legal practice available. Responsibilities: • Preparing outgoing post and handling incoming post • Screening telephone calls and taking relevant messages that are accurate • Preparing and typing up letters as required to agreed levels of quality • Correctly filling documentation on company files/servers • Accurately entering data into internal systems • Liaising with external suppliers and contacts • Liaising with other departments as necessary • Dealing with all billing and payments of invoices under supervision • Assisting the wider team with any case preparation as needed About You: • Proven experience in an administration role previously • A willingness to learn and must be a quick learner • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent typing skills • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Able to work on own initiative and also as part of a wider team • Ability to cope with tight deadlines In return you will receive a competitive salary with market leading benefits, a positive and inviting working environment, exposure to industry specialists and the fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award-winning law firm.
