Overview
A modern, fast moving, international business in London is looking to attract a Cyber Underwriter to focus on UK and international business. The role will entail underwriting both new and renewal business from mid-market to corporate accounts as well as business development and attending industry events. Meeting Brokers (and clients) will be a key part of the role; educating them on new products and strengthening the relationships through corporate entertainment. Applicants will ideally have experience in cyber underwriting or broking, however experience in transferable classes will be considered i.e. PI, D&O, tech or property etc. providing there is a genuine interest in cyber. Confident communication skills with Brokers are essential as is a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have lots of enthusiasm and have made some progress with insurance qualifications.
